The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll dive into the complexities of clinical trial data to transform insights into strategic innovations for our platform. You will play a key role in designing and implementing software solutions, building and scaling our product, and integrating cutting-edge machine learning applications to improve trial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and deployment of key projects across the full stack, including front-end, back-end, cloud services, and machine learning
• Provide technical leadership to help us design and build a scalable architecture capable of supporting our growth to a multi-million dollar business
• Level up your teammates by providing mentorship and guidance
• Coordinate closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure technical developments align with customer needs and business objectives
• Address and resolve system performance and scalability challenges to maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure

Hiring Process

Our hiring process takes 2-4 weeks over four distinct stages:

• Meet and greet: 30-minute call with the HR team to get to know each other. This is an informal chat.
• Technical Interview I: 60-minute interview to dive into high-level technical concepts and your problem-solving approaches.
• Technical Interview II: Start with a 60-minute discussion with Tiago, our CTO, to introduce you to Rivia and discuss the role in detail.
• Meet the team: 2-3 hours. Join us at our Zürich office for a visit that includes a team lunch and an in-depth technical interview to explore our mutual fit.
