What You’ll Do
IronArch is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support the Benefits Discovery Service (BDS) within the VA’s RISE portfolio. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will serve as a subject matter expert in JAVA development and software engineering practices on the BDS team. You will be hands-on in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications, while also ensuring smooth integration across VA enterprise systems. This role requires a balance of deep technical skills, architectural judgment, and the ability to mentor and guide team members.
