Zusammenfassung

agap2 is seeking an experienced consultant to support our clients on site in Switzerland, focusing on the development and installation of high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring compliance with standards and safety norms.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and a PM certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related technical field.
• +5 years of professional project management experience in HV tech.
• Strong knowledge of high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems.
• Understanding of applicable standards and safety requirements in HV engineering.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• PM certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate projects for development and installation of HV and mid-voltage substations and switchgear.
• Oversee planning, design, and commissioning of projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms.
• Manage project risks and OH&S requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Prepare, present, and report project progress to steering committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in international projects with global teams and partners.
