Qualifikationen

• PhD in synthetic organic chemistry with route scouting experience.
• Excellent English; French knowledge is a plus and willingness to learn.

• Identify and assess synthetic routes from established and cutting-edge methods.
• Transfer safe, economically viable processes to production.
• Manage research projects from development through industrialization.
• Review literature and patents to stay current; present findings.
• Initiate external collaborations to unlock technology opportunities.
• Ensure EHS standards and contribute to safety improvements.
• Document results and communicate progress via reports and presentations.
• Lead a team of 1–2 laboratory technicians.
