You will lead a small team (1–2 lab technicians), manage projects end-to-end from development through industrialization, and foster external collaborations while ensuring strong environmental, health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in synthetic organic chemistry with proven route scouting.
• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Open-minded and innovative in Process Development.

• Identify and assess synthetic routes from known and emerging methods.
• Transfer safe, viable processes to production.
• Manage research projects from development to industrialization.
• Review literature, patents, and attend seminars to stay current.
