Qualifikationen

• Familiar with Jira/Confluence in SAFe environments.

Aufgaben

• Act as Scrum Master for the Workbench Pod.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
• Remove delivery impediments and blockers.
• Coach teams towards self-organisation and ownership.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions.
• Promote Agile and Scrum best practices.
