Zusammenfassung

PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master for an international assignment focusing on HRIS delivery practices, Scrum, Kanban and Atlassian governance within Workday environments.

You will assess Agile maturity, coach Scrum Masters and teams, facilitate ceremonies, and define a practical improvement roadmap with measurable milestones and templates. Fluency in English is assumed; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to assess team maturity and develop improvement roadmaps.
• Advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II/III, CSP-SM or equivalent (additional advantage).
• Additional Agile certifications such as KMP, TKP, PSK I or KCS (additional advantage).
• French language skills (additional advantage).

Aufgaben

• Assess Agile maturity and establish delivery standards with Scrum Masters and teams.
• Establish a baseline for Agile@Scale adoption, Atlassian governance, testing and release management in HRIS/Workday contexts.
• Identify gaps and develop a practical improvement roadmap with priorities and actions.
• Define HRIS delivery practices covering Scrum, Kanban, capacity planning, testing, QA and release management.
• Consolidate input into a reference blueprint with templates and controls for product delivery and SaaS releases.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and provide temporary hands-on support when needed.
• Embed Agile@Scale practices and Atlassian governance into daily delivery.
• Improve collaboration, planning, transparency, dependency management and continuous improvement.
• Define indicators to track adoption using observations, feedback and Jira data.
• Report progress, risks and actions to management and ensure sustainable adoption before handover.

For a potential assignment within an international organisation, we are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to assess Agile maturity, establish delivery standards and support teams in improving their delivery practices within an HRIS environment.

• Assess Agile ways of working and delivery maturity together with existing Scrum Masters and Agile teams.

• Establish a baseline covering team practices, Agile@Scale adoption, Atlassian governance, testing and release management, including their application to Workday.

• Identify strengths, gaps and impediments, and develop a practical improvement roadmap with clear priorities and actions.

• Define and document HRIS delivery practices covering Scrum, Kanban, capacity planning, testing, quality assurance and release management.

• Consolidate expert input and team feedback into a reference blueprint with practical guidance, templates, routines and controls for product delivery and periodic SaaS releases.

• Coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies and provide temporary hands‑on Scrum Master support where required.

• Embed Agile@Scale practices and the Atlassian Harmonized Governance framework into daily delivery.

• Improve collaboration, planning, transparency, dependency management and continuous improvement.

• Define qualitative and quantitative indicators to track adoption and maturity, using observations, stakeholder feedback and Jira delivery data.

• Report progress, risks and recommended actions to management, and ensure sustainable adoption before handover.

• At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in Agile delivery, team coaching and leadership roles within complex international organisations.

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven ability to assess team maturity, develop improvement roadmaps and establish documented delivery practices.

• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery models and technology governance frameworks.

• Proven experience with the Atlassian Suite, particularly Jira and Confluence.

• Deep understanding of capacity planning, testing, quality assurance, release management, dependencies and software delivery controls, including their application to Workday.

• Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management and written communication skills.

• Ability to translate observations, structured feedback and delivery data into objective assessments and concise management reporting.

• Advanced Scrum Master certification such as PSM II/III, CSP‑SM or equivalen (Additional advantage)
