Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in software design and Java development.
• Strong command of Java 21+ and Angular (recent versions).
• Excellent knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data and RESTful design.
• Proficient with JPA/Hibernate, test automation (JUnit, TDD; Cucumber a plus).
• Relational DB experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and CI/CD with Git/GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with SwaggerHub and API payloads JSON; SAFe/Agile experience.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java backend development and frontend skills in Angular, who will join an Agile Release Train (ART) in a SAFe context. The role involves contributing to innovative projects in the CRM field, the development of new trasversal features and bugfixing activities on enterprise system.

What you'll do:

• Development & Integration:Design, develop, integrate, and test Java-based backend solutions, microservices architectures, and REST APIs
• Expertise in Java/Microservices/API Solutions: Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the lifecycle management and development of robust Java solutions
• Collaboration: Work closely with Agile teams, providing expert consultation and support to product owners to gather requirements and document solutions that align with business objectives
• Secure Coding: Apply best practices in secure coding to ensure all solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with regulatory requirements

What you bring:

• Bachelor's/Master'sdegree, preferably in computer science or engineering
• At least 5years of experience in software design and development of Java 21+ (up to v.25), with excellent command of Stream, Lambda, Try-with-resources; a good knowledge of Angular (recent versions)
• Excellent knowledge of microservices architecture
• Advanced practical skills withSpring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Dataand RESTful API design and implementation
• Solid knowledge of JPA and Hibernate, including entity modeling, query optimization, transaction management, and persistence layer best practices
• Test automation: JUnit, TDD; BDD with Cucumber is a plus
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), including stored procedures
• Versioning and CI/CD with Git and GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of SwaggerHub and ability to understand and manage API payloads (JSON)
• Experience in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments
• Proficiency inItalian and English is a must

Location and Work Flexibility

• Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role
• Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/Switzerland or Italian border areas close to Switzerland (ex. Como)
• Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy
