Accelleron is a global technology leader driving data migration excellence within its SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role leads end-to-end data migration governance, planning, execution oversight and post-go-live stabilization across multiple regions.

You will coordinate stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners and external vendors to ensure data quality, compliance and business continuity throughout the transformation journey.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience leading data migration initiatives within large ERP or transformation programs.
• Proven SAP transformation experience, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of data migration methodologies, governance, tooling and reconciliation processes.
• Experience coordinating business, IT, partners and vendors across countries.
• Strong understanding of SAP master data domains (customers, suppliers, materials, finance).

Aufgaben

• Define, govern and improve data migration strategy for programs and transformation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of data migration across workstreams.
• Establish migration methodologies, templates, quality gates and readiness criteria.
• Drive extraction, profiling, cleansing, validation and migration activities.
• Coordinate data ownership across process owners and partners.
• Ensure risks, data quality and compliance are tracked and resolved.
• Oversee cutover plans and production migration activities.
• Govern data lifecycle, archiving and run responsibilities post Phoenix.
