Zusammenfassung

FFI Advisory GmbH is seeking an experienced data migration lead to shape and run our SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will own end-to-end data migration planning, oversee cutovers and ensure readiness across business and IT teams globally.

The role requires senior expertise in SAP data migration tools and governance, with fluency in English and strong stakeholder leadership across international teams. A dynamic hybrid setup with global reach is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading data migration initiatives in ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on SAP transformation experience, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong governance, tooling, and reconciliation process know-how.
• Ability to align business stakeholders, IT teams and partners across countries.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop the data migration strategy and future business transformation initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute data migration activities across workstreams and waves.
• Govern migration methodologies, standards, templates and quality gates.
• Drive data extraction, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, validation and migration.
• Oversee mock migrations, testing cycles and production cutover activities.
• Define data ownership and accountability across stakeholders and vendors.
• Identify and manage migration risks, data quality issues and compliance.
• Coordinate the integrated cutover strategy with partners.
• Lead cutover execution and hypercare post-go-live activities.
• Provide executive reporting and decision-support materials.
• Build long-term data migration capabilities and governance across landscapes.
