Salesforce Solution Engineer (Remote/CH/EU) – Starting Mid-September

We are supporting a leading insurance company with a multi-year CRM transformation. We seek an experienced Salesforce Solution Engineer (freelance) skilled in Service Cloud and process design.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Designing workflows, data models, and user interfaces with stakeholders
• Guiding business teams on Salesforce functionalities and process adaptations
• Bridging business and development teams: documenting and aligning solution designs
• Supporting integration with external systems (e.g., policy systems, document management, email workflows)

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of Salesforce project experience in roles like Solution Engineer, Consultant, or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, data modeling, and process design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to simplify complex concepts
• Experience in the insurance sector (post-sales, claims, products) is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous
