Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Several years of sales experience with knowledge of electric motors and VFDs (LV & MV).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80% field-based).
• Interest in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.
• Fluent in German and French.

Aufgaben

• Customer Acquisition & Account Management: Spend approximately 80% of time on site with customers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Technical Consulting: Advise customers on electric motors and variable frequency drives (LV & MV) and present tailored solutions.
• Value Communication: Clearly communicate benefits of products, including energy efficiency and CO2 reductions.
• Relationship Management: Build trust, identify key stakeholders, and position solutions.
• Market & Industry Awareness: Monitor drives and motion industry trends and contribute ideas.
