Your Role:

• Take on a leading technical role in a new greenfield project for a MedTech client
• Set technological standards: Drive technology decisions and help define software architectures for Rust.
• Coach and empower the existing C++/C# developer team in Rust – by leading by example.
• Build a Rust competence center and shape the project right from the start.

Your Profile:

• University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, including 3 years with Rust.
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
• Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems.
• Ability to upskill and coach developers from other paradigms in Rust.
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines).
• Excellent English skills are essential; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to the client site 2–3 days per week.
