Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience as a Risk Manager or Auditor in a financial institution, Swiss bank, or audit firm.
• Excellent knowledge of the banking regulatory framework; experience in audits is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and operational technical aspects of banking.
• Excellent command of Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Methodical, rigorous, and autonomous work approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Fluency in French and English; German would be an asset.

Aufgaben

• Provide independent oversight of investment risks including suitability and appropriateness; analyze portfolios and monitor constraints.
• Oversee operational risk controls, IT security, transaction monitoring, and fraud prevention; conduct deep dives and validate controls.
• Manage balance sheet and liquidity risk, credit risk from Lombard lending, and derivatives usage.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on risk management frameworks.
• Support Head of Risk with risk reports, dashboards, and audits; promote risk culture through training.
