Job summary

EY in Geneva is looking for a risk management consultant to empower financial institutions. You will help clients strengthen their non-financial risk management, focusing on operational risk management and resilience.

Ideal candidates have a graduate degree in finance or a related field, experience with non-financial risk management, and fluency in both English and French. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services focused on non-financial risk management.
• Motivation, flexibility, and self-drive to acquire new skills.
• Swiss work permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support financial institutions in strengthening non-financial risk management capabilities.
• Conduct targeted regulatory audits for finance clients in coordination with regulators.
• Investigate new risk areas like data analytics and AI.
