Job summary

Deloitte Switzerland in Zurich seeks a Senior Consultant for the Controls Transformation team with 80-100% engagement. You will help clients strengthen internal controls using ERP and digital technologies to meet business needs and future challenges.

You will lead projects end-to-end, advise on SAP S/4HANA, CCM, AI-enabled controls, and coach teams in a flexible, hybrid work environment that supports growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in risk and internal controls transformation or audit projects.
• Good understanding of core finance processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP, AI for controls, and GRC tools is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; German would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver controls transformation projects on operational and strategic levels.
• Advise clients on ERP functionalities and digital technologies to optimize internal controls.
• Lead projects from scoping, programme and team selection, through delivery, risk & quality management.
• Support controls transformations go‑to‑market initiatives and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Lead, inspire, develop and coach the team.
