Zusammenfassung

Deloitte Switzerland, in Zurich, is seeking professionals to join our Controls Transformation team to help clients build efficient internal control frameworks for the digital era. You will deliver projects on both operational and strategic levels, advising on ERP capabilities and AI for controls.

Successful candidates will lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive market offerings, and collaborate with top global organisations on compliance transformation journeys.

Qualifikationen

• Organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience delivering risk and internal controls transformation or audit projects (2–4 years).
• Familiarity with SAP, GRC tools and AI for controls is advantageous.
• Understanding of core business processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR).
• Experience in internal controls design, remediation and implementation.

Aufgaben

• Advising clients on controls enhancement opportunities leveraging ERP functionalities (SAP S/4HANA), CCM, risk analytics or AI.
• Supporting clients in transforming their internal controls framework while staying compliant.
• Leading projects from scoping through delivery, including risk & quality management.
• Supporting controls transformations go-to-market initiatives and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Leading, inspiring, developing and coaching the team.
