Zusammenfassung

Deloitte Switzerland is seeking a professional to drive Controls Transformation, focusing on leveraging SAP S/4HANA to strengthen internal controls and compliance for client organizations. You will advise on ERP controls enhancements, lead project delivery from scoping to quality management and work with multi-disciplinary teams to create new market offerings.

The role requires 2–4 years of ERP controls experience, fluent English (German advantageous), and the ability to lead, develop and coach

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience delivering ERP controls transformation or ERP audit projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA business processes and how to leverage new functionalities for compliance and internal controls.
• Familiarity with automated controls in ERP configurations.
• Knowledge of core business processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, Treasury, Tax, HR) and related risk management concepts.
• Experience in internal controls design, remediation and implementation.
• Completely fluent in English; German would be highly advantageous.

• Advising clients on controls enhancement opportunities leveraging SAP S/4HANA.
• Supporting clients in transforming their internal controls framework while staying compliant.
• Leading projects from scoping and team selection through to delivery, risk & quality management.
• Supporting SAP Internal Controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to develop market offerings.
• Leading, inspiring, developing and coaching the team.
