Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and business planning.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with senior leaders.
• Residence in Switzerland when taking up the position.
