• Establish and uphold the Global Investment & Trading Compliance Governance Framework.
• Perform and supervise the Compliance Monitoring Plan and report to leadership.
• Define, update and maintain Investment & Trading Compliance Framework and policies.
• Analyze new business initiatives for CMP impact and monitor Best Execution.
• Support Gatekeeper policies and procedures for Equity and Fixed Income.
• Serve as main contact for compliance inquiries and provide guidance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and conduct thematic reviews and testing.
• Assist broader compliance activities to ensure continuity when needed.
