Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking or broader Financial Services.
• Experience in management consulting serving Financial Services clients.
• Strong understanding of Wealth and Asset Management value chains and operating models.

Aufgaben

• Advise leading Wealth Managers, Asset Managers, Private Banks and Family Offices on strategic transformation priorities.
• Lead design and delivery of strategic initiatives across operating models, processes and technology-enabled change.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Drive business development, build client relationships and lead proposals/RfP responses.
• Develop market propositions, contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of market trends and emerging technologies in Wealth/Asset Management.
