Pictet Wealth Management in Switzerland invites a Senior Business Manager to lead Risk & Compliance initiatives for a 12-month contract. You will report to the Head of PWM CRO Office and work with cross-functional teams to implement strategic priorities in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

The role emphasizes building partnerships with senior leaders, driving data analytics, and ensuring effective governance, budget management, and clear communications across global channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a financial institution or consulting firm.
• Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and budgeting awareness.
• Deep understanding of banking and financial services industry.

Aufgaben

• Support PWM Risk & Compliance by driving strategic priorities and monitoring the budget.
• Coordinate strategic projects, process changes, investigations, and AI initiatives.
• Develop data analytics capabilities with clear success criteria and metrics.
• Liaise between Risk & Compliance and other stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Ensure global communications across channels, including intranet and newsletters.
