You will collaborate with the fabrication team, develop test fixtures and measurement setups, analyze results, and help scale production for a fast-growing Swiss startup that values creativity, ownership, and technical excellence.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong microwave engineering background and EM simulation (HFSS).
• Experience with RF PCB design and VNA characterization.
• Industry experience in manufacturing ramp-up and production support.

Aufgaben

• Design and optimize microwave components for cryogenic use.
• Collaborate with fabrication to validate designs and improve yield.
• Develop test fixtures and measurement setups for production.
• Analyze, document, and communicate validation results for ramp-up.
