The Role
As a Senior Production Technician, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and leading the production line for our next-generation components that power future quantum computers. No prior experience in quantum physics is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, scale, and lead the production line for our next-generation microwave components
- Work closely with the engineering and fabrication teams to ensure a smooth transition from product development to manufacturing
- Oversee production operations, including production planning, process documentation, quality control, and continuous process improvement
- Monitor and optimize production yield, throughput, and product quality
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to support a scalable manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions to ensure consistent, high-quality output
Must-Have Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in ElectricalEngineering, Physics, or a related technical field, together with relevant industry experience
- At least fiveyears of experience in the production and assembly of electrical or electronic components in a manufacturing environment
- A proven track record of operating and scaling high-quality production lines, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Experience with manufacturing documentation, quality control processes, and production planning.
- A collaborative, organized, and adaptable working style, with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience with pick‑and‑place assembly lines, automated manufacturing equipment, and automated test systems
- Familiarity with microwave engineering, RF components, and high‑frequency measurement techniques is a plus
- A self‑driven, independent work style with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal supervision
