Job summary

Keysight Technologies Switzerland S.A. is seeking an experienced Hardware Engineer to design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF systems. You will lead projects across the product lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful hardware development and release.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English and German, and a track record in hardware development and R&D leadership in technology-focused environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of hardware development and R&D leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with schematic design, PCB development, testing, debugging and firmware development.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF electronic systems.
• Lead technical projects and manage product development lifecycle.
• Define system architectures, requirements, and verification strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, sourcing).
• Drive technical decisions, risk management, and project execution.
• Support qualification, production release, and sustaining engineering activities.
