Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in RF/Microwave or related field.
• 10+ years of RF/Microwave experience in aerospace/defense/space.
• Strong RF design: LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, phase shifters, attenuators, couplers, and T/R modules.
• Experience with phased array antennas and beamforming.
• Proficiency with HFSS, CST, and Keysight ADS; PCB design awareness.
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment; strong communication in English.
• Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Define RF requirements and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Perform RF link budget analysis and trade-off studies.
• Design high-performance RF front-end circuits and modules for Ka-Band phased array antennas.
• Simulate, prototype, test, and validate RF subsystems.
• Lead RF board and module bring-up, calibration, characterization, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate closely with System, Hardware, Mechanical, and Software teams.
• Participate in design reviews and technical decision-making.
• Support integration activities and transition to production.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement and issue resolution.
