Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Litigation Paralegal based in Switzerland for a fully remote role supporting a U.S. legal team. You will manage intake, drafting, discovery, and trial prep while coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, witnesses, and vendors.

Candidates should have 5+ years in a paralegal or attorney role, with at least 2 years in U.S. civil litigation and strong English drafting skills. This long-term remote position offers flexibility across time zones and a focus on

Qualifications

• At least five years’ professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least two years in a litigation paralegal role for a U.S. law firm.
• Experience with U.S. civil litigation procedures and case management.
• Strong drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and litigation correspondence.
• Extensive discovery/document production experience.
• Experience preparing cases for depositions/hearings/trials.
• Familiarity with state/federal filing systems and procedures.
• Excellent English writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active civil litigation from intake through trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and letters.
• Prepare and organize exhibits, deposition materials, case summaries, and damages documentation.
• Manage discovery, including collection, review, organization, and production.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, witnesses, and vendors.
• Track deadlines and key milestones, filings, and schedules.
• Maintain accurate, organized digital case files.
• Research legal/factual issues to support active matters.
