Job summary

Jobgether in Switzerland partners with a U.S. law firm to provide remote support for plaintiff-side personal injury matters. The role covers intake, evidence collection, settlement negotiations, and litigation preparation across multiple cases.

You will coordinate medical records, manage deadlines, draft filings, and maintain digital case files while communicating clearly with clients and healthcare providers. Flexible full-time or part-time options with availability during U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
• Experience managing cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Strong legal writing and document preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Conduct client intake and collect information on accidents, injuries, insurance, employment, and medical history.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel; organize records and evidence.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation; organize exhibits and damages evidence.
• Monitor deadlines, filings, and case milestones to ensure timely action.
