Cité Gestion is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist based in Geneva to lead the preparation, control and submission of regulatory reports for the bank. You will ensure data quality, accuracy and adherence to deadlines while collaborating with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Accounting and IT teams.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management or Audit within banking.
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting requirements.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of regulatory data and reporting.
• Perform analyses of capital, liquidity and other prudential metrics.

• Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Your Mission

Based in Geneva, you will be responsible for the preparation, control and submission of regulatory reporting for the Bank. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance while supporting the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes. You will work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Accounting and IT teams.

Your responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports within required deadlines
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of regulatory data and reporting
• Perform analyses of capital, liquidity and other prudential metrics

Your profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management or Audit within the banking industry
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL would be considered an asset
• Fluent in French and English
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Residence in Switzerland
