Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk, or Audit in banking.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Excel and reporting tool skills; SQL is a plus.

Present in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich with around 160 employees, Cité Gestion, founded in 2009, is a private bank with multi\\\\-custodian capabilities dedicated to managing private wealth for Swiss and International clients. We act as an independent entity with EFG International, a private banking group present in more than 40 countries worldwide. We are currently looking for a: Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (100%)

Your Mission:

Based in Geneva, you will be responsible for the preparation, control and submission of regulatory reporting for the Bank. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance while supporting the continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes. You will work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Accounting and IT teams.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports within required deadlines
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of regulatory data and reporting
• Perform analyses of capital, liquidity and other prudential metrics
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on reporting requirements and processes
• Participate in regulatory and system enhancement projects
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting processes and controls

Your profile:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• 8\\\\-12 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting, Finance, Risk Management or Audit within the banking industry
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and prudential reporting requirements
• Strong analytical and problem\\\\-solving skills
• Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL would be considered an asset
• Fluent in French and English
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Residence in Switzerland
