Qualifikationen

• MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent physician qualification with demonstrated clinical expertise.
• Minimum of 5 years direct patient care experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional and/or global Medical Affairs strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Proven people leadership, including talent development, capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across complex, global matrix organizations and partner effectively with senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute the EMEA Medical Affairs strategy for Surgery and Mentor, aligned with global strategy and product lifecycle needs.
• Provide leadership for the EMEA Medical Affairs organization, including talent development and resource prioritization.
• Serve as the senior medical leader for Surgery and Mentor portfolios in EMEA, providing scientific leadership across the portfolio.
• Identify regional evidence needs and shape evidence-generation priorities with Global Medical Affairs.
• Provide medical governance and lifecycle support across portfolio development and launch.
• Lead regional medical governance and ensure activities meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Provide external scientific leadership with healthcare professionals and academic institutions to advance insights.
