Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development Leader to design and mobilize end-to-end supply chain capabilities for global therapies. This onsite/hybrid role requires shaping strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving launch readiness to ensure patient access worldwide.

You will lead global teams, manage risk, and build scalable processes that accelerate growth while upholding regulatory and quality standards across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in supply chain management.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical supply chains and compliance.

• Define and drive end-to-end global supply chain strategy for launches across IPC production, packaging, distribution, and financial flows.
• Align supply chain design with commercial objectives, market access, and patient needs.
• Establish scalable models for global expansion, resilience, and performance.
• Ensure end-to-end launch readiness and compliant commercialization across markets.
• Break down cross-functional barriers to protect launch commitments and access for patients.
• Lead governance and communications to senior leadership on risks and decisions.
