Job summary

Bavarian Nordic in Martinsried is recruiting a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across Germany and Switzerland, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and secure top talent. You will build proactive sourcing strategies, engage universities, and guide stakeholders on market insights, processes, and candidate experience.

Regular in-person collaboration and quarterly travel to Bern are expected.

While most of the team is located in Denmark, you will also have a colleague based in the United States. Success in this role is built on strong relationships. We are therefore looking for someone based within commuting distance of Munich who values face-to-face collaboration and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR colleagues. Regular time in the office will help you build your network and stay connected to the people and culture that make Bavarian Nordic unique.
