Zusammenfassung

Stadler is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop safety-critical vehicle and track-side software in accordance with EN 50126, 50128, 50716 and 50129, with a focus on the NOVA Pro CBTC system. You will implement features for signalling products and contribute to automated, driverless operation.

Working with requirements, architecture and design inputs, you will perform integration testing and support assessments and approvals, collaborating closely with the team.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of railway signaling principles (mainline interlocking/CBTC) with 10+ years signalling experience.
• Good knowledge of railway standards (EN 50126/50129/50128/50716, ISO 27001/9001, IEC 61131-3).
• Experience with requirements management using DNG/IBM Doors Next Gen.
• Understanding of SDLC and system engineering processes.
• Experience in functional programming with FBD/ST; C/C++/Python is a plus.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as GIT and SVN.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; ability to meet deadlines.

How You Will Contribute

• Knowledge of Railway Signalling principles and practices (Mainline Interlocking and/or CBTC), with minimum 10 years of experience Signalling
• Good knowledge and proven usage of railway standards (e.g. EN 50126, 50129, 50128 or 50716, TS 50701, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, IEC61131-3) standards
• Requirement Management with IBM Doors Next Generation (DNG) Tool
• Principles of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Functional programming with FBD and/or ST languages (High Level Programming like C/C++/Phyton is a plus)
• Familiar with Version Control tools like GIT, SVN etc.
• Good communication skills and ability to work harmoniously within a team
• Ability to analyze and solve analytical problems, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
