Stadler Rail AG in Switzerland invites engineers to join a multinational team shaping future mobility. The role focuses on ETCS and Class B signalling, investigating incidents, analyzing data, and driving improvements across the product lifecycle.

You will own fault investigations, coordinate with suppliers, and lead testing activities to resolve system issues while collaborating with stakeholders and using strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Alternatively, strong relevant professional experience in railway signalling, ETCS, testing, commissioning, or technical troubleshooting.
• ETCS system knowledge, including architecture, interfaces, and operational behaviour are mandatory.
• Knowledge of Class B train protection systems.
• Railway signalling and system integration experience.
• Technical investigation and root cause analysis skills.
• Diagnostic data and log analysis capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Reliable and objective approach to technical investigations.
• Very good English skills and German at least B2-level
