Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Zurich, Switzerland. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects, working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, design, and supply chain teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in quantity surveying/commercial management on major projects.
• Experience on construction, infrastructure, MEP, or data centre projects.
• Strong cost control, valuations, change management, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple streams in fast-paced environments.
• German language skills would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in Switzerland or Swiss market knowledge encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial and quantity surveying across major projects.
• Prepare monthly and periodic cost reports and forecasts.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasting.
• Lead commercial management for subcontract packages.
• Prepare tenders, procurement strategies, and subcontract negotiations.
• Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts.
• Review contracts and ensure obligations are met.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, design, and supply chain.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigate appropriately.
