Zusammenfassung

Bigblue UK in Zurich is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and Design & Build projects from tender through handover. This is a senior, client-facing role owning programmes, budgets, quality and delivery, coordinating design, pre-construction and delivery teams.

You will manage subcontractors and the wider supply chain, oversee project costs and forecasting, and maintain strong relationships with clients while guiding multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading interior fit-out/DB projects.
• Ability to own projects from early stages to handover.
• Fluent German language required.
• Strong client, subcontractor and team coordination.

• Managing interior fit-out projects from tender through to completion
• Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and overall delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout
