We are seeking a seasoned Integrated Management System Manager to join our team.
Job Overview
This strategic role involves driving the development, implementation, and maintenance of an integrated management system. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management principles and have experience in leading ISO certification programs.
The IMS Manager will be responsible for :
- Maintaining the IMS Program, including oversight of the company's Certification Roadmap.
- Leading the implementation of evolving ISO standards and ensuring timely compliance.
- Coordinating external certification audits and supporting customer audits.
- Leading the internal audit program focused on system and process compliance.
- Acting as the process owner for Non-Conformity Management related to audits.
- Managing external IMS-related suppliers, including consultants and auditors.
- Providing expert guidance and support to business process owners in fulfilling their process management and audit readiness responsibilities.
- Delivering summarised IMS performance and audit reporting to top management.
- Acting as the key business owner for IMS-related tools and systems.
- Driving and promoting a strong quality culture throughout the organisation.
- Overseeing controlled documentation as the designated quality representative, ensuring accuracy and global applicability.
- Maintaining and overseeing process mapping and its quality control.
- Leading the deployment and extension of the Integrated Management System to newly acquired or established sites, ensuring full alignment with corporate standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality systems and integrated management systems, preferably within a multinational or regulated environment.
- Proven experience leading ISO certification programs (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ideally in a multiple-site structure.
- Experience managing internal audits and third-party assessments.
- Strong knowledge of quality and compliance frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent command of English and French is required.
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in IMS tools and documentation control systems.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
