Qualifikationen

• PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field; or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong theoretical and practical expertise in analytical chemistry with chromatographic techniques (HPLC, GC).
• Experience in analytical method development, validation, and transfer is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory standards; ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven approach with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead QC projects from initiation to completion with clear scope, timelines, resources, and reporting.
• Perform and coordinate chemical/physical testing of materials and products using analytical techniques.
• Develop, validate, and transfer chromatographic methods per ICH and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and methods; implement CAPAs and investigations.
• Ensure GMP/cGMP compliance and support regulatory expectations across QC activities.
• Manage change controls, deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and documentation.
• Prepare and review technical documents including method validation, transfer protocols, SOPs, and QC reports.
• Act as QC contact for customer projects and coordinate with external labs as needed.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, and partners for project execution and compliance.
• Provide coaching to junior staff and participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ausbildung

PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; or Master’s/Bachelor’s with significant experience
