Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Life Sciences or related field; 3–4 years of experience acceptable.
• Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
• Experience supporting shop-floor manufacturing or tech transfer.
• Knowledge of quality risk management methodologies and TrackWise or SAP.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA during commissioning, qualification and tech transfer activities.
• Make risk-based decisions on shop-floor events to ensure continuous cGMP compliance.
• Review and approve GMP production records per procedures.
• Assess and mitigate quality risks in manufacturing using structured tools like FMEA.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering and QC to meet milestones.
• Participate in facility walkthroughs, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
• Serve as a quality mentor on the production floor.
