Zusammenfassung

Luxoft Switzerland seeks a senior Python & Flowable Engineer to join our Wealth Management AI Factory stream. You will turn AI use cases into production-grade solutions, integrating Flowable workflows with Python services and AI/LLM capabilities in a regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate with business analysts, data scientists and stakeholders to design scalable automation, ensure traceability and maintain high security and compliance standards across DEV/UAT/PROD environments.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience, with strong recent hands-on Python experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flowable (or Activiti / Camunda).
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0; practical experience with CMMN and DMN.
• Proven experience designing and building REST APIs and service integrations (FastAPI, Flask or similar).
• Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-based services into business applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins or similar) and Docker.
• Working knowledge of Java / Spring Boot, enough to extend and integrate with the Flowable platform.
• Track record of working in a globally distributed Agile team in a senior or lead capacity.
• Good spoken and written English.

Aufgaben

• Design and build process automation solutions that combine Flowable workflows with Python-based AI and data services.
• Model processes, cases and decisions using BPMN 2.0, CMMN and DMN, including human-in-the-loop review steps.
• Develop Python services and APIs (e.g. FastAPI/Flask) that Flowable processes call, including integration with AI/ML and LLM services.
• Integrate workflows with internal and external systems through REST APIs and messaging.
• Turn business use cases into technical designs together with business analysts, data scientists and stakeholders.
• Make sure AI-enabled processes are traceable, auditable and compliant with the bank's security and risk requirements.
• Write unit and integration tests, take part in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Support deployment and operation of solutions across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD) using CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Act as a technical expert in the team, guide less experienced engineers and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
