Who is Hiring seeks a senior Python & Flowable Engineer to join a globally distributed Wealth Management team. You will turn AI use cases into production-grade workflows by combining Flowable with Python-based AI and data services in a highly regulated environment.

You will model BPMN/CMMN/DMN, build REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask, and integrate AI/LLM services. You will ensure traceability, security and compliance across DEV/UAT/PROD with CI/CD.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong Python.
• 3+ years hands-on Flowable experience.
• Experience implementing REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM services into business apps.

Aufgaben

• Design and build process automation solutions combining Flowable with Python AI/data services.
• Model processes using BPMN 2.0, CMMN and DMN with human-in-the-loop steps.
• Develop Python services/APIs (FastAPI/Flask) called by Flowable processes.
• Integrate workflows with internal/external systems via REST APIs and messaging.
• Ensure AI-enabled processes are traceable, auditable, and compliant with security requirements.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews; promote best practices.
• Support deployment across DEV/UAT/PROD using CI/CD; troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
