Zusammenfassung

Ridgeline Discovery is seeking several highly motivated researchers (Sr) to support a portfolio company emerging from stealth mode. Experience in high-throughput screening and MS-based drug discovery, especially targeting degradation, is desired.

You will work in a dynamic start-up setting with an interdisciplinary team to advance early and late-stage projects. The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis, collaboration, and strong communication in English.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a Master/Bachelor or apprenticeship in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology with 2+ years in proteomics.
• PhD holders with 2+ years MS experience in drug discovery are preferred.
• Strong experimental design and data-sharing skills.
• Experience with UHPLC and high-end MS instruments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with biologists to prep samples for MS-based screening and run high-resolution mass spectrometry.
• Develop and optimize sample prep and automation; monitor MS performance.
• Oversee large-scale proteomics data generation and analysis.
• Identify potential novel drug targets with an interdisciplinary team.
• Stay current with literature and contribute to company goals.
