Zusammenfassung

Fortil in Switzerland, Visp, is seeking a Senior Project Planner (M/F) to lead planning for large pharmaceutical CAPEX projects from design to start-up. Based onsite in Visp, you will manage schedules, baselines, and cross-functional inputs across Engineering, Construction and CQV teams.

Candidate should have 10+ years in project planning for complex CAPEX, strong Primavera P6 expertise, and experience in Life Sciences. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Project Planning / Scheduling for complex CAPEX projects.
• Proven experience on major CAPEX projects above CHF 200 million.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 is essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or Life Sciences industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain project baselines and schedule-basis documentation.
• Coordinate planning activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification.
• Analyse the critical path and identify schedule risks.
• Monitor progress, deviations, trends and variances; implement recovery actions.
• Lead scheduling meetings and planning sessions.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering Partners, contractors and project teams.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of schedule information.
• Prepare progress reports and management presentations.
• Support resource planning and project forecasting.
