Requirements include a FH/HF degree in Building Automation/HVAC or Electrical Engineering, plus deep experience in BIM, tendering, contracts, and risk management. Fluent German and good French preferred; English an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Building Automation, Refrigeration/HVAC or Electrical Engineering and project management training.
• Construction and project management experience across all SIA phases with cost and schedule control.
• Tendering and contract awarding experience, plus knowledge of contract law.
• Experience with BIM and digital project tools on large-scale projects.

Aufgaben

• Represent the client in complex building and infrastructure projects for data centers and telephone exchanges.
• Manage quality, schedules and costs across all SIA phases.
• Interface with general/turnkey contractors, specialist planners, internal departments and management.
• Develop sustainable, energy-efficient sites and manage tenders and contracts including risk management.
