We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Project Manager / Senior Projektleiter:in to join our high-impact data center projects in Zurich, Switzerland. The project manager is responsible for the overall success of the project and is directly accountable to the following role overview.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of data center construction projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception to completion

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  

• Coordinate and engage with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with industry and client standards

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns

• Lead cost control and financial oversight , ensuring commercial success through budget tracking, contract management, and value engineering

• Resolve complex project challenges , including design changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder concerns, maintaining efficiency and project momentum

• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, mentoring project teams and promoting continuous improvement in project delivery
  

Role Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Construction Management , Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Field Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data center construction. Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements. As well as comprehensive knowledge of project cost accounting, budgeting, and contracting requirements

• Language: Fluency in German and English, oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, clients, and project teams

• Workstyle: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills , with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders in a highly regulated industry
