BRUSA HyPower is seeking an engineer to lead interdisciplinary development projects in power electronics, supporting acquisition and transitioning developments to series production. The role also focuses on implementing customer changes and cost-reduction measures during maintenance, while keeping stakeholders informed at all levels.

You’ll work with customers and technical PMs to define requirements, identify risks early, and ensure adherence to development standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead interdisciplinary development projects in the field of power electronics.
• Support acquisition activities and bring development projects into series production.
• Implement customer changes and cost-reduction measures during product maintenance.
• Maintain proactive, transparent, and goal-oriented communication with stakeholders at project and management levels.
• Collaborate with customers and technical project managers to define and refine project requirements.
• Identify project risks early, initiate mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with objectives and standards.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to projects and the organization.
