Zusammenfassung

BRUSA HyPower is seeking an engineer to lead interdisciplinary development projects in power electronics, supporting acquisition and transitioning developments to series production. The role also focuses on implementing customer changes and cost-reduction measures during maintenance, while keeping stakeholders informed at all levels.

You’ll work with customers and technical PMs to define requirements, identify risks early, and ensure adherence to development standards.

• Collaborate with customers and technical project managers to define and refine project requirements.
• Identify project risks early, initiate mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with objectives and standards.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement to projects and the organization.

What you will move in this role:

• You lead interdisciplinary development projects in the field of power electronics.
• You create sustainable value throughout the entire product lifecycle by supporting acquisition activities, successfully bringing development projects into series production, and implementing customer changes and cost-reduction measures during the product maintenance phase.
• As the central point of contact, you maintain proactive, transparent, and goal-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders at both project and management levels.
• Together with customers and technical project managers, you define and refine project requirements.
• You identify project risks at an early stage, initiate appropriate mitigation measures, and ensure compliance with project objectives and development standards through consistent escalation management.
• You proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement to both projects and the organization.

What skills and experience you should bring:

• You hold a completed higher education degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics (University of Applied Sciences degree, University degree, Bachelor's or Master's degree).
• You have a strong technical understanding, initial experience in international project business, and ideally knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, etc.).
• You effectively apply your expertise to the team through a systematic and structured way of working.
• You demonstrate leadership and decision-making skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a conceptual as well as creative mindset.
• You enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
