BRUSA Elektronik AG in Switzerland leads interdisciplinary development projects in power electronics. You will drive these projects from development through series production, supporting acquisition activities and implementing customer changes and cost-reduction measures during maintenance.

The role requires close communication with internal and external stakeholders at various levels and the ability to refine project requirements with customers and PMs.

Qualifikationen

• A completed higher education degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronics preferred).
• Strong technical understanding and experience in international project business.

Aufgaben

• Lead interdisciplinary development projects in power electronics.
• Support acquisition and drive projects into series production; implement customer changes and cost-reduction measures.
• Serve as central point of contact, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders at project and management levels.
• Define and refine project requirements with customers and technical PMs.
• Identify project risks early, initiate mitigation, and ensure compliance with development standards.
• Proactively contribute ideas for continuous improvement to projects and the organization.
