The Role

As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the CTO, you are the driving force behind our strategic initiatives across our client portfolio, focusing on complex B2B implementations within the banking and fintech sector. This role combines strategic consulting expertise with hands-on project delivery, requiring deep understanding of financial institutions and their technological needs. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementation projects for banking and financial institutions
2. Develop and execute project strategies that align with clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements
3. Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders in client organizations
4. Oversee multiple concurrent projects while managing cross-functional teams
5. Drive the development of project frameworks and methodologies that scale
6. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with banking sector regulations
7. Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and client needs

What We Require

1. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a top-tier consulting firm
2. Proven track record managing large-scale B2B projects (€1M+) in the banking/fintech sector
3. Deep understanding of financial services technology landscape and regulatory environment
4. Experience leading digital transformation projects within traditional banking institutions
5. Strong background in stakeholder management at the executive level
6. Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
7. Professional certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent
8. Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, Basel)
